Part 1: Fill Out Basic Info

The first bit of information we ask for is standard contact information. We'll need your name, Discord username, and Faceit information to properly verify your character.

Part 2: Select the Proper Source for Gender Verification

We take gender identity very seriously, so we make sure our vetting process is thorough and authentic. There are four methods we use to confirm your gender, and each method will ask for different forms of confirmation. You can choose one of the following four methods:

Method A: Approved Voucher Confirming Identity

If you've managed to already get in contact with our team, then this method serves as the most convenient option. Select which of the following team members you've spoken with and they'll be able to vouch for your candidacy. Just make sure to alert your selected voucher(s) and let them know you've submitted the form, as this will help speed up the process.

Method B: Upload ID or a Doctor's Note

Uploading your ID and/or doctor's note is another great method of confirming your identity. You may upload up to 5 different documents to support your submission. We understand the importance of privacy, so we make sure to treat this information as sensitive and delete it once you've been permitted.

Method C: Verification Through ESL

If you have already participated in an ESL Impact Season or ESL Impact event, then you can list your previous encounter inside the answer box. We'll be able to verify your character from the past experience.

Method D: AnyKey Certification

AnyKey is a trusted party that we also use to identify our players. Simply submit your certificate and we'll be able to review it. If you don't already have a certificate, our form also has a link to their website so you can obtain your own AnyKey certificate.

Part 3: Submitting the Form and Awaiting Confirmation

You're almost there! Once your submission is received, our team will verify your character and information. Afterwards, you'll receive your rank in our discord server to signify your approval.
