With the halting of Impact Cash Cups to start 2025, Scott looked to find a way to fill the gap in small monthly tournaments he could run in all the regions. In June of the same year, he formed a partnership with Faceit to have a Club created under the Brace for Impact name. That same month, the first Cash Cups were held for North America and Oceania. Shortly after, Scott and Tatiana "t4tiana" Ma founded B4IMPACT as a not for profit to continue the mission in a more official way. Scott continues to work hard to push forward the mission to give women a safe and inclusive space to grow and learn.

Professionally, Tatiana works in Human Resources and holds a degree in psychology with HR certification. She brings a people-first approach grounded in organizational governance, policy development, and risk management into the esports nonprofit space. She started playing Counter-Strike in 2020, progressed from player and to streaming and community-building, later competing in women’s CS2 events in 2022 and gaining firsthand insight into the competitive ecosystem for women. Now stepping away from competition to focus on her travel-heavy professional career, Tatiana remains deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped her. Through B4IMPACT, she combines her business expertise, governance experience, people-first approach, and passion for women’s Counter-Strike to help build a sustainable, inclusive future... ensuring the infrastructure is as strong as the vision behind it.

She would continue working alongside ParkS and help with the creation of the Brace For Impact discord server and verification form. The form has allowed for the team to verify players and keep the community safe from bad actions that might try and invade our space. She also assists with moderating chat in both the broadcasts of games and discord server. Now she happily serves as the NA Director of Brace for Impact.

Kimbab expanded her esports experience by competing in the Apex Legends BLGS circuit with Eternal Valor Esports Pink, while also managing the organisation’s Valorant Game Changers roster. In addition, she continues to work as an admin for the ANZFE+ hub for CS2 women in OCE, and has now used that experience to support the Brace 4 Impact team in creating a safe and welcoming environment for gamers looking to compete.
